I tried to have two or more laptops running Tidal all sync'ed up, and have been following the short instruction on TidayCycle,org. Not going through the first setup (NTP/PTPd), I just wanted to see if I can make the connection by running
TIDAL_TEMPO_IP=<HOST IP ADDRESS> atom &
The two computers are connected to a router, and one assigned with 192.168.1.11 and the other with 192.168.1.12 (using manual IP setup) with Subnet Mask (255.255.0.0).
When I ran
TIDAL_TEMPO_IP=<192.168.1.11> atom & on the second machine's terminal, I got this error message: -bash: 192.168.1.12: No such file or directory.
Any suggestion as to what I should go from here. The explanation from the Tidal website sounds simple, but it actually is not. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
