Hi everyone,

I am quite new in live coding and I am fazinated and about to get into it now. I have to small questions. I am running Linux Mint 17 on my laptop (acer s7) and I was wondering if there is a Supercollider Version 3.7 for Linux out? I am running 3.6.6 and I got some proplems to install the sc3-plugins. Nevertheless, it is working.

Second, sometimes the channels are distubring each other, for instance the gain of the one channel is muting a bit the others channels. Sometimes the sound is also muting completely. Is it maybe a problem with my internal soundcard? Is it recommanded to get an external soundcard and if yes - is there a good recommandation for one for beginners on the market?

best regards. Minh
